Ryan’s finally sleeping. I don’t know what’s up with him lately. He stays up late no matter how early he wakes up. Even on weekends he still wakes up by 8 AM.

He made me watch about two hours of Yugioh tonight. It’s better than re watching Naruto at least.. Or the same Pokemon episodes over and over.

He’s been eating a lot more lately which is good. He’ll still only eat Pizza or Spaghetti but he’s eating more of it.

Today I came across something that I never knew existed. Columbia University has a partner program. If a business joins their CSU Learning Partners program, and becomes a partner with Columbia University they have access to a ton of great things. The business’s employees can access Columbia Universities Online Courses at a low discounted partner tuition rate. Children and spouses of employees can also qualify. This is a perfect way for a business owner to insure that his employees will continue furthering their education. It’s also a great incentive to get people to work for you. How else would they get a 10% tuition fee, waved application fee, Benefits Extended to Spouse and Dependant Family Members, and be able to get an Online Associate, Bachelor, Master, Doctoral, or Certificate Program? I’d love to have a job that could offer all that.

This program is available to any size business. It also costs you nothing! There’s not even a contract or commitment required.

I think this is a great program. It shows that a company really cares about thier employees to offer them help with furthering thier education. I’m sure a lot of spouses and children would use it as well.
