Halloween is coming! It’s almost time to dress our kids up and walk around trick or treating. Collecting candy to rot their teeth and make them hyper little brats. But what if this year could be different? A lot of people have started giving healthier treats. I also would like to give something more healthy this year, I just haven’t been able to decide on what. I’ll probably end up going with Hershey’s or Organic valley’s Trick Or Treat Me chocolate milk. It comes in single servings that are great for kids.

Chocolate milk is actually extremely healthy for kids after they work out or run around a lot. So it would be a nice snack in between houses. One study even said it’s twice as effective as commercial sport’s drinks. Kids do run around a lot on Halloween!

An other great thing about these trick Or Treat me milk’s is that they come in recyclable paper containers. Helping the environment is important.
