My son has a new principle. She’s super nice. Recently she called me to introduce herself and to let me know that Ryan is doing amazing in school this year. She said all prior problems were gone and that she thinks it was just the fact that he clashed with his first grade teacher. He now has no behavior problems at all in school and he’s doing great on his work. She said she’s going to make sure he gets a great teacher next year as well!

I was really happy to hear this after all the first grade problems. I always knew a lot of it was his teacher. She lied to me on multiple occasions and was just generally mean and miserable. I wish they’d move her to an older grade. She shouldn’t be teaching such little kids.

Summer haircut

I shaved Ryan’s head last week. His hair was really long again. Honestly I love his hair long, he just never wants to wash it and I have to argue with him all the time to get him to. So I told him either wash it or I was shaving it and in the end it was all shaved off. When I took this picture it was still super short. His hair grows pretty fast though. It’s already noticeably longer.

He makes goofy faces every time I try to take his picture now! He’s actually a really funny kid. He’s always happy now and always telling jokes and making funny faces or voices. It’s nice.

Have any of you watched the HBO series Tell Me You Love Me? It only aired for one season on HBO and sadly it was canceled. But it was a really good season. It covers a bunch of relationships that are going through couples counciling for different reasons. It really touches home to a lot of people. I forgot how deep the series was until I downloaded it on itunes and started re watching it the other day. I really wish it didn’t get canceled.

My ionic breeze broke! I’ve had this thing for like 8 years now. It worked amazing. It removed so much dust from the air. It also removed smoke which helped my son and I a lot. My Mother and grandmother smoke way too much. The Ionic Breeze even removed the SMELL of it from the air.

So I was looking around to replace it. It seems I can get the old version I already had for like 86$. It was over 300$ 8 years ago.. but now there is a new version that’s much much better. The new one doesn’t even have to be opened up to clean. You just wipe down the outside. Sadly the new one is over 300$. There’s no way I can afford that right now.

I’m debating on if I should buy the old version or not.

My son told me Barbie Girl is my theme song. I don’t know weather to be insulted or laugh. Kid’s say the strangest things sometimes!!! They also listen to the strangest music thanks to youtube.

New layout!! Well I should say old layout cleaned up with updated colors. I used this layout a long time ago but at the time it was bright pink and purple. Too blinding for me. Today I figured instead of taking hours making something new I’d just clean this one up. So it went blue, and the font went bigger. I used the old version when I was 19 or so and had amy.nu. Now I’m 25 and my eyesight isn’t so good as it used to be. :X

My son has a new hobby it seems. For the past few weeks he’s been obsessed with collecting Japanese Erasers. Honestly I’m glad. They’re much cheaper than collecting Yugioh and Pokemon cards. Plus they’re adorable. My Mother brought him to the candy jar yesterday and got him a bunch of them. He seems to enjoy trading them with his friends. I like the food ones best, Ryan likes the animals and sports things.

I missed Ryan’s bus! I was in the bathroom and didn’t realize what time it was until my Mother called me screaming like a lunatic. The bus driver turned around and dropped him off with my Mother. Now my Grandmother won’t shut the hell up. She’s screaming non stop like a complete lunatic. I really can not stand this Woman sometimes. I made a mistake, it happens. Obviously I feel bad enough about it without her screaming like an idiot.

I really want the house to be finished so we can move out of here. I hate everything about living here.
